About the sms activation code stealing, woulf it show in linked devices if
someone has stolen the activation code?
What proof is if you check identity key if someone is reading your
messages?
I have one contact which says "this contact doesn't have identity key"
what does this mean?

If someone stole your session your current phone would get deactivated, it
would be noticeable. If your identity keys are correct (and haven't been
stolen) your messages are end to end encrypted, not read by anyone else. It
probably means you haven't talked to the contact yet, and therefore not
downloaded the corresponding key.
