Hey,

are safetynumbers on a per contact base?

It is not possible to publish my part of the sequence right? Like a PGP
Key for example.

I would like to offer on my contact site my phone number. And the info
to contact me through Signal. Would be nice to be able to put a
fingerprint right next to it.
