Thank you all for advice!

Ok, i got an idea about installing it from G-play store.

If i would like to build it from sources, which repo & which branch is 'production ready'? (e g equivalent to what i can found in G-play store)

Also, i have a question:
i know that keyboard in Android is an application itself,
how can we trust it?

Are there 'trusted' keyboard app?

Currently the playstore offers 3.8.1 for production and 3.9.0 for beta
testing. Both are from the masyer branch. 3.9.0 can be downloaded as a
zipfile from the Github releases page, 3.8.1 is not there but can be
obtained by going to the master branch and download the branch at "bump
version to 3.8.1".

If you build 3.9.0 from source, note that the api key for Google maps
API will not work, you'll have to provide an own key. See the discussion
in https://github.com/WhisperSystems/Signal-Android/issues/4949 .

There are open source keyboard apps like Hacker's Keyboard.
