Hi,

Last week several users from my country (Slovenia) noticed it was not
possible to make Signal calls. Messaging went just fine.

After around 24 hours problems silently normalised.

Unfortunately I haven't noticed any notice/feedback from the developers
if there has been a problem with the network... are there any plans for
automatic monitoring and reporting of the Signal network status? Will be
this iformation available to users?

I am sorry if that alrrady exists, but I overlooked it...

there was a problem with the european server, you can find a brief response from moxie to the issue reported on Signal Android section on Github about this.
