i want to build own Signal app(WebServer and Andorid App),
i want to setup textsecure-server on on my server.Can you help me?

Running textsecure-server is unsupported by this mailing list community
(and I believe still unsupported by OWS in general, including the forum).
The code is just there for audit :)

At one point I set up another mailing list for unsupported things like
this, but it's pretty quiet. Feel free to try there:

fwiw, running your own server means you'll ONLY be able to message users
who've also registered on your server. probably not what you want. (?)
