[whispersystems] Include drafts in conversation list sort?

Hey, lately I’ve had the experience of scrolling down the conversation list to find an old conversation, partially composing a draft, and then having to repeat the scroll search to continue on the draft when I’m ready to. It seems friendlier to include the time of the draft in the sorting of the conversation list so it stays near the top. I realise I could use search to find the person, but I somehow never do it that way.

Do people agree that drafts should be treated as sent messages when sorting the conversation list? I haven’t looked at the code, but I suspect it wouldn’t be too hard for me to implement. There’s a GitHub issue for it but I don’t want to go ahead without a clear mandate: https://github.com/WhisperSystems/TextSecure/issues/1055
