hello
I am an android developer and i want work with your great Signal app
there isn't any problem with "Android" client but i can't understand
"Server"

how can i run that ? where ? what is requirements ?
is there any tutorial or documentation ?
i have seen this <https://whispersystems.org/docs/> before but i couldn't
find anything useful
