[whispersystems] Recovering identity key/conversations from Signal Desktop

Hi, all -

Recently I backed up and then wiped my Android phone. When I went to
restore from backup, to my dismay, I found that Signal data is not
included in adb backups.

I have a working Signal Desktop install. Is it possible to recover
private keys and my conversation data from Signal Desktop? If so, how? I
took a look at the Chrome storage inspector, and can guess what most (if
not all) of the things in IndexedDB do, but I'm not sure how to get them
out of Chrome and into the mobile app.
