Hi,
I am a new Signal Desktop beta tester and a new Signal user overall.
I'll try to describe what happened as shortly as possible.
* Alice and Bob install Signal Android and register their numbers
(with Alice's number (SIM card) not being on her Android device)
* Alice installs Signal Desktop and links her Android device
* Alice and Bob encounter no problem in communicating, with Alice
mainly communicating via the desktop
* Alice removes/uninstalls Signal Android without backing up anything
* On Bob's device, Alice appears as "no longer a Signal user".
However, Alice can message Bob from Desktop normally and Bob can see
her messages
* When Bob tries to reply to Alice, it goes through SMS and costs Bob.
Alice receives Bob's new messages as SMS on her device
Is this normal ?
