[whispersystems] Help with signal desktop

Hey,

I am a javascript coder with some experience (well, more like interest
than experience) with crypto, currently working on bitcoin stuff in
javascript, and some slight experience in chrome extensions,

I would like to help with Signal Desktop.

Sorry for maybe stupid question. Can I ask what parts need the most
help/manpower and are the most in need of love and care? There seem to
be lots of issues so I might dive in randomly, but I will probably ask
first here

I already made some design bikeshedding pull requests because why not
