Hello,
Starting with TextSecure 2.23, the storage encryption seems to have
changed, AFAIK to make it easyer for other paired devices to access
them. Is there some place where those changes are explained, and what
does this mean for local storage security when a device is captured by
an attacker? I hope security is not offered for a Chrome plugin?
