[whispersystems] What sort of topics are welcome in the list?

If you have a look at the topics that emerged so far in this list, I think
the answer is *anything related to signal* although I’m not sure that
support questions like “*How to compile?*“ are that useful for the rest of
the subscribers (also because it was already explained in detail in this
list, I’m sure).
Also I think the developers are getting the most out of this list if the
main things discussed here are *user feedback* and *feature
request/discussions*. But that’s only my point of view. I’m not sure that
there is an exact definition of what topics should come up on this mailing
list.

So, what exactly is "on topic"? How to compile? Code style? Seeking help
with developing features on a fork? Would feature requests fit?
Or is this list actually meant only for Whisper Systems staff; and anyone
else should just lurk?
