[whispersystems] Help in starting the project

Hi
I have read all about whispers-systems so wanted to tried it, trying to
send and recieve a simple message with netbeans 8.0.2 if there is some
tutorial that will guide about imports and simple process achieving that
etc. it will be helpfull as it seems there is something missing to guide
you to achieve you want

specially error message that pom file is missing for the libsignal (2.5.3)
